With VergeTel, you have more ways to connect with bandwidth options up to 500 Mbps and multiple classes of service. We use solid technology, and clever engineering to deliver this cost effective solution for business through the clever use of fibre and fixed wireless technologies.
Our Wireless Direct service is in planning stage.
The service will initially be available to the outskirts of Newcastle, NSW. Serviceability of your business will be dependent on a number of factors; including distance from our tower site, and whether there are any obstructions.
If after a site assessment we deem the installation to be "non-standard", we may propose a customer contribution solution towards the build cost of the service.
Our Wireless Direct product is highly scalable, with a rich offering of bandwidth options from 50 Mbps to 500 Mbps.
Redundancy options for higher service availability are available in the following configurations:
- Single Uplink configuration (98.95% target availability)
- Dual Uplink configuration (99.97% target availability)
The assurance level we provide is dependent on the location where the service is provided. All of our Wireless Direct services include a Standard SLA:
Urban: 24 x 7 support with 12-hour restoration target
Rural: 24 x 7 support with 24-hour restoration target
Note: Enhanced SLA options are available at an additional cost.
